Field Operations Director / Principal

Zahra’s family contributed more to the transformation of Naples than any other organization. When she and her associates first conceived the idea for the ADG4, Zahra knew the firm would stay true to its team’s heritage while building a bridge to a new, more diversified organization. One able to fill the evolving property and construction management needs of today’s Naples.

Before starting ADG4, Zahra served as a construction consultant for prominent real estate developers and managed custom home construction projects. Born and raised in Naples, Zahra attended the University of Miami. She is an avid supporter of Captains for Clean Water and is heavily involved in efforts to restore the natural flow of water to the Everglades.

Bob Frazitta

Managing Member / Principal

Bob has had his fingerprints on many well-known Naples properties, including many on Naples’ Fifth Avenue South. Bob serves as our financial and operations guru, and he’s built a reputation for excellence in asset management, contractor negotiations, budgeting, financial strategic planning, operations, and quality assurance.

Bob’s leadership role in the financial management of multimillion residential, leisure, hospitality properties enables us to provide our clientele with the most cost-effective management and development solutions. While Bob enjoys basking in the Naples sunshine, he still finds time to follow what’s happening with his beloved Red Sox and Patriots. Bob attended Bentley University.

Peter Carroll

Peter Carroll

Property Services Director / Principal

Peter has over 20 years of experience managing and developing unique and often complicated projects including residential and mixed-use condominiums in old Naples and Marco Island. He also was the project manager on one of the most recognizable oceanfront estates in Naples. His career has been dedicated to satisfying the diversified needs of landmark properties, while ensuring the highest design, management, and construction standards.

As our Property Services Director, Peter brings the firm a high level of property/asset management and business experience. He is skilled in development strategy, budgeting, scheduling contract negotiation and management, design development coordination, and contractor and construction management. Peter studied at the Economics University of Massachusetts before moving Naples in 1989.

Operations Manager / Principal

ReNae has extensive experience within the Naples residential and mixed-use real estate markets. She’ll head up our project coordination efforts, which will include defining project scopes, monitoring project progress, assigning tasks, while delivering support to our Field and Property Directors. She’s built a reputation for streamlining contractor negotiations, effectively supervising and scheduling the teams responsible for our home management projects. And she’s streamlined contractor and sub-contractor negotiations while delivering support to our Field and Property Directors. ReNae who is a graduate of the University of Minnesota at Mankato, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, so our clients love working with her.

James W. Frazitta

Property Manager / Business Development

James has over 10 years of experience within various complex operations with high-end customer service and productivity expectations. He spent several years managing marina operations for municipalities and private Yacht Clubs. James has extensive knowledge in property management, customer and vendor relations, leadership, project management, contract negotiation, procurement, facility management, operational budgeting, and creative problem solving.

In addition to his experience, James received his bachelor’s degree from Western New England University in Liberal Arts – Creative Writing and received his MBA from Champlain College with a certificate in Leadership. When he is not managing properties or furthering his education, James is spending time with his wife and their two daughters.
